No late entries will be accepted
THERE WILL BE NO TRAINING SESSION ON THAT NIGHT.

Fees
Fees for period 5 are due by 1st October. Please make sure you pay promptly.
Club Galas
Next year club galas will be organized in a different way. We have devised a series of events where all swimmers will have opportunities to gain rewards for increasing their speed in each stroke and individual medley under competition conditions. This is called Points Score. The competition is open to all members of the club. More details will be given towards the end of the year.

Synchro
Well done to the Halifax Synchro Club who took part in the third annual Leeds Kingfishers competition at Knottingley pool. They came away with five gold, three silver and three bronze medals. The competitors were Lucy Ackroyd, Alannah Kemp, Emma Skilton, Rosie Barrington, Lucy Nolan, Ruth Shaw, Eleanor Waite, Anya Finch, Rosie Woodward, Gabriella Murray, Melissa Knapton, Chloe Heaton, Freya Hill, Gemma Hollas, Erin Edmondson and Sophie Edmondson.

Responsibilities
May I remind parents that Swimming Club can only be responsible for swimmers when they attend for a swimming session. We cannot be responsible for children who come very early and want to play before their timed training session.

Changing rooms
I received a complaint about bad language being used in the girls changing rooms at the end of last week’s session. Girls, please be aware that there are still young children about at that time and the use of bad language is inappropriate.

Swimshop
Help to make money for the club. Look out on our website for a banner link to Swimshop for all your swimming kit needs. The club will receive a discount on all orders.
