Bradford Swimming Club Gala April 23rd
Letter from Bradford Swimming Club secretary, Caron Brundle:
Can you please pass our thanks to everyone that attended our 40th Anniversary Easter gala with Monchengladbach.
It was great to see everyone there and may we offer our congratulations to the swimmers for a well deserved win. We hope they enjoyed the event. Well done!
Many thanks to the poolside officials and coaches that attended and also all the supporters that came on a very warm afternoon. It was a great atmosphere with some fantastic swims.

Teacher / Coach required
We are currently seeking a new volunteer to join the coaching team. If you are, or know anybody else, who is a level 2 teacher or actively working towards the Level 2 qualification, please ask them to get in touch.
We need someone to help at 7.00p.m on Thursdays and 8.00p.m on Fridays. Ideally they would have an interest in coaching.
Jane Woodcock has volunteered to help and has already begun with Brenda. A lady called Fiona is also interested and will be coming to the club this week. Both have the level 1 teachers’ certificate and will be taking the level 2 course in May. We look forward to their involvement with the club.
We would still welcome others who are interested..
Elite Squad
During April only 4 swimmers completed more than 50% or training sessions.
What happened?
We have 7 children waiting to move from Junior Elite to Elite.
Gala 2 Results
All the results from gala 2 have been sent to the ASA and can now be found on the rankings. This means that any level 3 gala entries requiring electronic entry can be automatically verified.
Points score winners can be found on the website.
