The club will be closed for 2 weeks from Monday 3rd August, when most of our teachers and coaches will be on holiday. Training Sessions will resume on Monday 17th August.
Payments for Period 4 will be reduced
Groups 2/3 (3/4 hour) £22.80

Sticklebacks 30mins + £2.40

All fees should be paid by 23rd July.

Punctuality
Gareth asks that all swimmers must be ready on the poolside complete with caps, goggles and any other personal equipment for the beginning of every session.
Help required
From time to time we require extra help at the front desk. If you are able to fulfill this role leave your details with Christine or Mary.

Assistant coach
Due to other commitments it is with regret that Pam has resigned from the position as assistant coach. Pam started as a volunteer helper, decided she liked it and trained to be a swimming teacher. She has been coaching since March 2008 and has helped Gareth to improve the skills of our Elite and Junior Elite swimmers. She also takes Group 4, an important group, where swimmers begin to experience coaching alongside teaching. We thank her for the time she has devoted to the club and wish her well for the future. Who knows, she may come back as a volunteer in a little while!
Assistant Coach – vacancy
We are now actively seeking an assistant coach who can work with Gareth to continue the excellent coaching opportunities offered to our swimmers. Hours will be by negotiation but you must be able to work at 4.30p.m on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, sometimes with Gareth and sometimes on your own. Minimum Qualification must be Level 2 Teaching or coaching. For more information, talk to Gareth, Elaine or Mary.

We are looking for someone who can help Elaine to advise swimmers with injuries. If you are a doctor or physio, with an interest in sports medicine, please make yourself known to Elaine.
