Two finals for Matthew at ASA National Champs

Ponds Forge, Sheffield - Matthew Greidanus, 16, made the finals in the 100m breaststroke on Monday, swimming 1:10.91 in the heats, bettering his entry time by over half a second. In the finals, he set another PB, swimming 1:10.84 and finishing 8th. Back on Tuesday for the 200m breaststroke, Matthew finished 10th in the heats in a time of 2:37.02 to make the finals, where he finished 8th.

Andrew Raine, swimming as a 17-year-old, swam the 100m fly in 59.80 to finish 14th. Andrew is back Thursday for the 200m fly and for the 50m fly on Friday, when he’ll be joined by Lewis Wainwright, 14, for that event.
